Red 48mm high-density polypropylene Plastic Washer. Used for The mechanical attachment of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Insulation Board in conjunction with Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems, BuildSmart 48mm washers are designed to better hold EPS foam board due to its greater diameter.
It is less likely to pierce the Foam sheets during application making them easier to install, but we have also focused our design on allowing the Bugle screw heads to install flush with the washer creating easier render application. There are numerous holes and slots for coating adhesion/bonding.

Polychem is a ready to use Polyurethane foam adhesive designed for use to bond sub straights ranging from polystyrene to timber and plywood. It is applied with a gun applicator, the rate of application can be controlled using the gun. We also supply a Polychem cleaner which is used to maintain the applicator gun. Polychem is environmentally friendly.
